            Now restaurant clients can view a quick and easy "Sales Summary" report. All you need to do is simply head out to the Reports section in the
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;a href="http://www.OrderWi.com/Admin" target="_blank"&gt;&#xD;
      
           Restaurant Admin Dashboard
          &#xD;
    &lt;/a&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            , and choose "Sales Summary" under "Essentials".
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           From there you can filter the Sales Summary by Day, Week, Month, Payment Type or Order Type, and then select the desired timeframe.

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           You can also export it in the format of your choosing.

           How It Works For The Customer

            At the table in the restaurant, the food customer will see a printed card and/or insert that instructs them how to access the online menu and ordering system via their mobile phone and a QR code. It gives them step-by-step instructions to do this. Once they access the menu, they can order and pay online as well. The QR code automatically makes this a Contactless Dine-In order and the customer simply inserts their table number in the order where instructed from the ordering application.

            How It Works For The Restaurant

You will then input the fulfillment time, inform the waitress for that table and have the kitchen make the food for the waitress to bring it to the table.

           How To Turn On Daily Reports

           Turning on "Daily Reports" is easy. Just log in to your Restaurant Admin Dashboard and click on the 3 dots icon on the left side and under "Advanced Settings" click on "Notifications". Make sure your email is listed in there and (in addition to any other features you want) make sure to turn on "End of the day report" towards the bottom. Click save and you're all set!

            Kim has been promoted to our new Office Manager!

            We are so happy to publicly announce and congratulate Kim on her recent promotion of becoming our new Office Manager! Kim works closely with Order Wisconsin (a restaurant service of Web Wisconsin) clients to ensure they are well taken care of and the upkeep for each client account, billing and overall service.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

She will work closely to help track clients on the backend including making sure their order payouts happen in a timely and correct manner, managing overall scheduling of social media posts and other various duties to manage our clients and Web Wisconsin's business in general.

           For restaurant accounts created after the end of January 2021 Google My Business listing is now an automated process.
          &#xD;

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           What this means:
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;ul&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            The system creates a Google listing in case the restaurant does not have one;
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            The system claims the listing in case the listing exists, but it is not claimed;
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            The system asks Google to send the PIN in case the listing requires verification;
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Once the user inserts the PIN in Admin the system performs the PIN verification;
           &#xD;

            If the system creates/has access to the listing it proceeds to optimize it.

           On your promotions editor, in the third stage, where you set up the target and display areas for the promotions, you can now set for the promo to be applied simultaneously to pick-up and delivery orders or you can select just one option.

              Thermal printers are widely used in restaurants. They are robust, fast, require no toner change and paper costs are close to nothing. Epson and Star are leading manufacturers in this segment.

              Open the order taking app and select Thermal printer from the menu. The app will guide you through adding a LAN, WiFi or Bluetooth printer.

              In case you have multiple working stations, you can add several printers and have your orders printed on all of them. The iOS version of the Order Taking App supports adding multiple printers with different connectivity types (like shown in the image below). On Android, all your printers must have the same connectivity type (all LAN/WiFI or all Bluetooth).

              Why we don’t recommend Bluetooth
             &#xD;
          &lt;/b&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
          &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
          
             Although the order taking app allows you to connect a thermal printer via Bluetooth, we don’t recommend it. 
            &#xD;
        &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
          
             Here’s why:
            &#xD;
        &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
          &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
          
             • Discovering the printer via Bluetooth is often times rather difficult. Also, for many printers, once the connection is lost, it cannot be re-established automatically;
            &#xD;
        &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
          &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
          
             • Bluetooth has a range of maximum 10 meters and is prone to interferences from other EM waves (like microwave oven or some WiFi networks);
            &#xD;
        &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
          
             We have encountered size limitations with printers from different manufacturers (like Star TSP650II).
            &#xD;
        &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
          &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
          &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
          &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
          &lt;b&gt;&#xD;
            
              Why we no longer support USB
             &#xD;
          &lt;/b&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
          &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
          
             USB connection proved to be quite unreliable, that’s why we’ve decided to remove it from the Order Taking App. It turns out that it’s difficult to keep printing and charging at the same time:
            &#xD;
        &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
          &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
          
             • If the device is not charging, the Android system puts the device to sleep mode, so orders might not come through properly
            &#xD;
        &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
          &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
          
             • When the cable is moved, the Android system may assign a new USB port. The connectivity to the printer is lost, so the device and the printer need to be repaired. In practice, repairing needs to be done several times a day.
            &#xD;
        &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
          &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
          &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
          &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
          &lt;b&gt;&#xD;
            
              Why we no longer support SMS printing
             &#xD;
          &lt;/b&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
          &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
          
             We also had to cut out SMS printing. Some orders are long enough to exceed the SMS limit. The end result is that the printout does not contain all items.

          &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;/div&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;div&gt;&#xD;
          &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
